-What is our pricing structure?
-Our prices include all gold, gemstones, diamonds, and the cost of labor.
 
-Would the fluctuation in the gold and diamond market affect our prices?
-The current price we have set will stay the same within a one year period under normal circumstances. It will only be adjusted IF AND ONLY IF there is a huge price fluctuation more than 10 percent on the gold and diamond market.
 
-Can customers supply new designs as well as provide gold and stones for Pak Fook Jewellery Group (HK) LTD to manufacture the goods according to customers? Specification?
-We can manufacture to any special requirements. There will be a sample charge on this new sample supply (charge is based on the cost of the sample). Please email us at sales@pakfook.com to discuss about the tolerance of gold loss, setting price variances, labor and finishing charges, etc
 
-How to make a payment?
-We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), Master Card, Visa Card, Company Cheque and Cash.
 
-Payment Methods
-Customers may choose to pay using credit cards or wire transfer:
 
Credit Cards - Currently we can only accept Visa, and MasterCard up to US $5,000. For purchases above US $5,000, payment must be made by wire transfer.

-How long does it take for any order to be process?
-The stock items can be shipped within 3 business days after has been placed, confirmed and paid in full. Turn around time for existing samples would be approximately 45-60 days.

-What is the Shipping terms & Condition?
-For international delivery, your order will be ready for shipment after we have received the full payment insured either by Federal Express International Priority, Malca-Amit or Brinks as per your requested under collection.
 
-How do customers pay Customs, Tariffs and Taxes?
-Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subjected to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. Pak Fook Jewellery Group (HK) LTD will not be responsible for any additional chargers once the order reaches your country. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
 
-What are our Exchange and Return Policy?
-Pak Fook Jewellery Group (HK) LTD committed to delivering quality products to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will honor your request for an exchange or refund.
 
We are pleases to offer a 14-Day no-questions-asked return & exchange policy for item(s) purchased from us when the merchandises are in good condition with tags but this policy is not applicable for any Custom-made order

- Each order may exchange once and only in unused and unworn condition within 14 days of the shipment arrival date. Shipping charger is not refundable and assumes no liability for the loss and damage to the merchandise

while in transit to our return location. Customer-made orders are not exchangeable.

- When selecting a new item for exchange, we encourage you to select one that is of equal or greater in value to the Original purchased item as we do not issue refunds on the price difference between the values of the exchanged. term and the original purchased item.

- If an item is exchanged for one that is of higher value, the customer is required to top up the difference in price by wire transfer.

- Your request for an exchange will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the returned item(s)

- Damaged goods due to customer negligence and any jewelry item that has been re-sized, scratched or blemished will not be accepted.

- Please return the item in its original box, with all packaging materials and the original tax invoice.
- You will be notified by email on the status of your refund and refund will be credited back to the purchasing credit card or wire transfer, etc.

- Any returned item(s) MUST be shipped pre-paid and insured of the full value, in the account of the customer himself.
